A leading real estate firm in Vancouver seeks a Controller on a fixed-term maternity leave contract to oversee financial integrity and operational excellence. You'll lead financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Salary range is $110,000 - $130,000 annually with an additional discretionary bonus.
