Purpose of the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team within the firm by playing a key role within our Real Estate Finance Team. You will be responsible for accounting functions and financial analyses of our limited partnerships with income-producing and development assets in the U.S. and Canadian markets. You will provide insightful support to the Real Estate Finance Management Team and will look for opportunities to improve systems and processes. The

Real Estate team has seen tremendous growth in recent years, and a strategic focus on process improvements, scalability, and agility is essential to success in this dynamic role.

This is an on-site role located in our Vancouver Real Estateoffice.

This position comes with a competitive base salary hiring range of $80,000-$100,000
, dependent on experience, skills, qualifications and internal equity.
