Ruslan is Co-Founder and Head of Product at Float. He previously worked at Uber ATG as a Perception Engineer, and Shopify as a Data Scientist. Ruslan studied Computer Science at the University of Waterloo and Business at Wilfrid Laurier University.

As CTO of Float, Tramale brings decades of experience leading engineering and R&D at global organizations including Stripe, Nintendo, Volkswagen, and Action

IQ by Uniphore. His track record of driving transformative innovation and scaling teams is guiding Float’s next stage of growth.

Brendan is a seasoned Finance leader and operator with experience building teams to scale at hypergrowth startups including Ada and ecobee. Brendan’s expertise spans strategic finance as well as major financial infrastructure projects.
