As our Accounts Payable Clerk, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations across multiple departments. You’ll be responsible for managing vendor invoices, verifying payment accuracy, and maintaining organized financial records.

• Process, verify, and reconcile vendor invoices and staff reimbursements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly payment runs via banking platforms and payment processors.
• Maintain up-to-date vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Track and organize invoices, purchase orders, and payment confirmations.
• Support month-end closing and assist with financial reporting as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, HR) to ensure timely approvals.

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting
  .
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g.,
  Quick Books, Xero, or Net Suite
  ) preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication skills — written and verbal.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and integrity.
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working in online social gaming, entertainment, or tech startups

• Familiarity with multi-currency transactions or international vendors.
• Exposure to U.S. corporate finance operations or EOR payroll platforms.
