Drawing on previous experience in a financial services firm, you must be a team leader, have meticulous attention to detail, possess a positive attitude, and have exceptional interpersonal skills. The successful candidate must also be responsible, confident, self‑motivated, and a team player.
Responsibilities- Develop processes ensuring best practices and consistent delivery of client experience.
- Review and refine service offering.
- Fill in across multiple roles when needed (i.e., coverage for co‑worker absences).
- Help develop team roles and define responsibilities within team.
- Liaise with business managers within RJ to ensure team needs are met.
- Assist with all marketing initiatives including social media (Twitter, Linked In), website content, client communications and marketing events.
- Assist in strategizing and administering email campaigns.
- Support the Financial Advisors in the growth of the overall business.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements- Minimum 5 years investment industry experience.
- IR Licensed or successful completion of Canadian Securities Course as well as the Conduct and Practices Handbook is preferable.
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with Dataphile, Croesus and Fact Set is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate a professional and friendly manner.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Self‑starter attributes, motivated and hardworking with the ability to prioritize, multitask, work within time constraints and provide necessary follow up.

Base salary of $50,000‑$55,000 with potential total compensation of up to $100,000 through additional performance and other bonuses/incentives.
