Located in Downtown Vancouver, PATH has delivered successful projects spanning all asset classes from townhomes to condos, from office to master planned communities. The company is well capitalized with a strong project pipeline, making this an exciting opportunity to join the organization in a high-impact leadership role that will help shape its next phase of growth.

Reporting to the President, and working closely with the senior leadership team, the VP, Finance & Accounting will be responsible for leading the accounting and finance function, establishing best practices, and mentoring the team. This role will oversee corporate and project accounting, internal controls, treasury management, project finance, financial reporting, and the continued optimization of internal systems. In collaboration with senior colleagues, the role also contributes to oversight of risk management, legal, and human resources functions.

Experience in the real estate development industry is required, while experience with a developer that has an in-house construction team is considered an asset. You bring natural curiosity and a willingness to dive into systems and processes, identifying and implementing improvements within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
