  • Monitor and assess the performance of projects and portfolios under your responsibility, in collaboration with project managers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure the quality, integrity, and accuracy of data in the portfolio management tool and in deliverables provided to various stakeholders.
  • Establish required controls and quality assurance practices related to resource allocations, effort tracking, forecasting, and compliance with processes and best practices.
  • Analyze performance indicators, anticipate trends, identify variances, and formulate recommendations to improve project and portfolio performance.
  • Structure and maintain projects within the portfolio management tool, and advise project and program managers on matters related to deliverables, schedules, budgets, efforts, risks, and resource management.
  • Monitor vendor contracts, including financial forecasts, invoice entry, and accruals, and contribute to the budgeting process through relevant reports and data.
  • Contribute to project and portfolio documentation and participate in follow‑up meetings (governance, committees, audits), while supporting project managers in the use of project management tools and practices.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is recognized for their rigor, analytical skills, and critical thinking, with a strong focus on solutions and continuous improvement.
  • Stands out for their organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and ease in a multi‑project, multi‑stakeholder environment.
  • Demonstrates strong collaboration and influencing skills, acting as a trusted advisor to project and program managers.
  • Is recognized for their autonomy, professionalism, and ability to structure information to support decision‑making and project governance.
  • Has a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Project Controller (PCO), ideally within a complex organizational environment.
  • Has an advanced level of proficiency in English, as the role involves regular communication with English‑speaking colleagues and working with tools in English.
