The role requires the management and coaching of a small team.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and manage day-to-day Treasury and Accounts Receivable activities, including costing and billing.
Oversee Accounts Payable operations and lead initiatives to improve processes and optimize workflows.
Administer the financial management of group benefits and pension plans, ensuring compliance and fiscal integrity.
Provide leadership, coaching, and development for a small team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in finance operations (collections, treasury, cash management).
At least 4 years of managerial experience leading teams (4–6 people), including remote management.
Experience in global companies required; shipping/logistics background is an advantage.
Finance or accounting designation, Certified CPA is advantage.
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Experienced in Advanced Excel (reporting, analysis), SAP and Power BI knowledge is advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to implement financial processes.
