Corporate Accountant

Our client is an entrepreneurial organization which is publicly traded on Major Canadian and US stock exchanges and has significant business operations overseas. Although most of the operations are located overseas, it has a corporate head office located in downtown Vancouver. A designated CPA is required to report directly to the Director of Finance, with some reporting to the VP Finance.

The successful candidate will be involved in assisting in the preparation of public filings and the necessary backup. This will include the monthly reporting process, reconciliations, quarterly consolidations, assist with transfer pricing issues, G/L maintenance and a variety of ad hoc projects as assigned.
