In this proactive role, you will focus on cultivating high-value partnerships within the mortgage broker community. A strong background in credit analysis and residential mortgage underwriting is essential. You will guide brokers on CMLS products and policies, enhancing deal flow and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with top mortgage brokers
• Provide expert guidance on mortgage products and policies
• Offer on-site support and training for brokers
• Monitor application life cycles collaboratively
• Structure complex residential files for underwriting
Requirements:
• Strong experience in mortgage underwriting or credit analysis
• Proven ability to capture market share
• Existing network in the Vancouver broker community
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Mortgage Broker or Agent license is an asset
