As a key player at MCAP, you will ensure the accuracy of legal documents and client identification while handling single-family residential mortgages. Your responsibilities will include reviewing documentation, ensuring compliance with lending guidelines, and maintaining communication with law firms and title insurers. Excellent customer service will be at the forefront of your daily tasks, as you build lasting relationships within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review loan documents for timely funding
• Ensure compliance with Customer Identification documentation
• Manage funding reports and communicate with stakeholders
• Train law firms on documentation procedures
• Oversee timely completion of mortgage transactions
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in the service industry
• Strong attention to detail in document review
• Proficiency in Word and Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
