As a full-time Securities Administrator, you will play a key role in processing corporate actions and managing client transactions. With your background in the securities industry, you'll communicate with external issuers and transfer agents, ensuring meticulous updates within Dataphile. Your strong organizational skills will help you manage physical stock certifications, warrants, and client inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Employee Option and Warrant Exercises

• Communicate with external Issuers and Legal Counsels

• Handle Physical Warrant exercises and expirations

• Prepare wire transfers to Issuers

• Process deposits and withdrawals of physical certificates

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of securities industry experience

• Familiarity with Dataphile, CDS, and DTCC

• Strong attention to detail in all tasks

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
