As a Personal Banking Associate Trainee, you will support branch customers with financial queries, new accounts, investment advice, and banking solutions. You will guide customers to appropriate staff members while supporting positive experiences and accurate processes. The role includes training and onboarding sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage customers in advice needs and service transactions
Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
Guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions and contacts
Support scheduled cash and non-cash frontline transactions
Complete accurate documentation and business processes
Requirements:
High School diploma or one-plus years relevant experience
Obtain Investment Funds Canada certification within 90 days
Post-secondary or undergraduate degree preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
Strong customer communication, organization, and time management skills
Develop banking expertise through customer advice, digital education, accurate processes, and relationship building at TD Canada Trust.
