The Senior Analyst, Lease Transaction Services supports collecting and maintaining leasing payment information. You will execute lease payments accurately and timely while managing related communications and reporting. The work supports lease administration aligned with obligations and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Capture complete, accurate, accessible lease payment information
- Maintain leasing payment records for ongoing transactions
- Execute lease payments accurately and on time
- Support compliant lease administration and payment execution
- Manage day-to-day leasing payment communications and reporting
- Comparable transactional processing experience in a large company
- Experience working with large data sets
- Experience using data analysis tools such as Excel
- CPA or public accounting experience is an asset
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners
