Corporate Development Senior Analyst

Build financial models and investment analyses as Corix’s Senior Analyst in Vancouver or Toronto, supporting hybrid corporate development across North America.

This early-career role supports greenfield development, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and P3 opportunities. You will work across infrastructure, energy transition, and finance while developing decision-ready materials. The position includes exposure to due diligence, transaction execution, and internal approvals.

• Build financial models and valuation analyses for investment opportunities
• Conduct financial and commercial due diligence
• Screen and underwrite commercial, financial, and strategic considerations
• Prepare investment committee, management, Board, and external materials
• Coordinate transaction work streams and advance deliverables

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, mathematics, or related field
• Two to five years of relevant investment or advisory experience
• Strong infrastructure, project finance, and acquisition modelling capabilities
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
