** What will your responsibilities be?
*** Proactively communicating with clients and other stakeholders (e.g., providing information about the Orbis Funds, participating in client onboarding processes, facilitating account openings, and managing and updating the client database and activity records).
* Conducting core operations processes related to our transfer agency functions including, but not limited to, Know Your Client (KYC) processes, client money reconciliations and transaction processing
* Owning key responsibilities related to the transaction cycle of the Orbis Funds. This includes verifying client transactions and validating sensitive client information.
* Working closely with the global Orbis Fund Operations teams and other business units to effectively communicate relevant information.
* Managing projects to develop pragmatic improvements and innovative solutions by working collaboratively with our dedicated technology team.
* Building and maintaining relationships with external and internal stakeholders to provide excellent servicing.
