Support everyday banking clients at CIBC as a Client Engagement Associate, using communication skills and financial services knowledge. Work full-time on-site in Vancouver.
As part of CIBC’s Personal and Business Banking Team, you will provide first-line client support in a banking centre. You will answer questions, assist with transactions, explain banking products, and guide clients through digital banking options. This regular role offers 15 weekly hours.
Key Responsibilities:- Help clients manage accounts and banking products
- Assist with everyday banking transactions
- Complete sales of basic banking products
- Introduce clients to mobile banking applications
- Refer clients to appropriate CIBC specialists
- Client-first approach to financial services
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Problem-solving ability and accountability for client issues
- Digital confidence with evolving technologies
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and multiple banking centres
