- Manage priorities and plan team deliverables
- Identify implementation risks and issues proactively
- Analyze pension plan rules and document findings
- Supervise benefit calculation engine configuration
- University degree in a relevant field
- 10+ years of defined benefit pension experience
- Canadian or American pension plan experience
- Mastery of retirement benefit calculations
- Proficiency in Excel
