As Senior Director, Mid-Market Leveraged Finance, you oversee a team supporting Corporate Client Group objectives. The work focuses on leveraged lending to Private Equity owned or backed companies. You will emphasize PE and Structured Finance while supporting loan revenue and return targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Originate, structure, deliver, and monitor syndicated loan transactions
Deliver bilateral loan transactions from pitch through deal close
Lead marketing pitches for existing and potential clients
Partner with Private Banking, RBC Investments, and Capital Markets
Advise on optimal senior and mezzanine debt structures
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
Seven or more years in lending, finance, or risk management
Experience with leveraged lending transactions or Private Equity firms
Strong quantitative, financial, analytical, and credit skills
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel proficiency with presentation skills
Bring senior leadership, credit analysis, and leveraged lending expertise to RBC’s Mid-Market Leveraged Finance team in Vancouver.
