This 12-month contract requires proficiency in handling inquiries and coordinating support while following strict regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first contact for Correspondent clients

• Escalate issues to guarantee efficient service

• liaise with third-party vendors on client needs

• Provide comprehensive training on new procedures

• Oversee client reporting and compliance checks

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in financial operations

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong multitasking capabilities in a dynamic setting

• Detail-oriented with proven organizational skills

• Knowledge of Dataphile is beneficial;
French skills are an asset
