As Senior Finance Manager, you will advise studio, product, commercial, and finance leaders while supporting Catalyst’s franchises. You will connect planning, business performance, and development strategy through forecasting, P&L management, and executive reporting. The role includes mentoring the FP&A team and translating complex information into actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with leaders on franchise strategy and investment prioritization
Analyze economics, player behavior, monetization trends, and KPIs
Own forecasting, close analysis, scenarios, risks, and executive reporting
Lead and coach the Catalyst FP&A team
Improve productivity through automation and standardization
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related field
Eight-plus years in FP&A or related finance disciplines
Experience mentoring and coaching high-performing teams
Strong modeling, forecasting, business case, and P&L skills
Experience with GAAP, BI tools, and AI-enabled solutions
Bring financial storytelling, business judgment, and planning expertise to guide EA’s Catalyst Studios franchises from Orlando.
