Personal Banking Associate Trainee

Guide Vancouver customers through banking solutions and digital services as a Personal Banking Associate Trainee at TD Canada Trust.

This trainee role supports Personal & Commercial Banking customers with service transactions, financial queries, and referrals. You will build relationships, explain mobile, ATM, and online banking, and help resolve customer concerns. The position includes training and mobility within the assigned district.

• Engage customers in advice, transactions, digital education, and problem resolution
• Understand needs and guide customers toward appropriate banking contacts
• Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
• Support scheduled cash and non-cash frontline transactions
• Complete accurate processes and documentation under applicable regulations

• High School diploma or one-plus years relevant experience
• Complete IFC or equivalent within 90 days
• Use MS Office, branch software, and internet proficiently
• Demonstrate banking solutions and process knowledge
• Communicate effectively with customers and related teams
