Position: Ledcor Indigenous Engagement Coordinator

In this role, you'll collaborate with project teams and leadership within the Indigenous Affairs team. You will assist in implementing strategies that honor community relationships while driving engagement initiatives. Your experience will help further Ledcor's important commitments and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing Indigenous Relations strategies effectively

• Build robust partnerships with Indigenous communities and organizations

• Coordinate community engagement events and logistics

• Advise on cultural protocols and community priorities

• Maintain records and track stakeholder commitments

Requirements:

• Two years in Indigenous relations or community engagement

• Experience in Indigenous engagement initiatives preferred

• Degree/diploma in Communications, Indigenous Studies, or related

• Strong written communication with the ability to draft clear content

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tracking systems
