In this role, you will perform essential investigative work by gathering and evaluating data and conducting thorough inspections on licensee practices. You will generate reports and facilitate communication between various stakeholders while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Your analytical abilities will greatly support the Council's commitment to public safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct investigations by analyzing evidence provided
• Perform inspections and deliver detailed reports
• Engage in interviews to gather necessary statements
• Create organized investigation reports and communicate findings
• Maintain files and log activities accurately
Requirements:
• Two years of experience in an investigative capacity
• Knowledge of MS Office and strong communication skills
• Proven conflict resolution and negotiation techniques
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experienced in insurance or financial services preferred
