Experienced Hairstyling Salon Manager

Play a crucial role in managing our hairstyling salon, focusing on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This full-time role requires hands-on leadership to maintain salon standards.

We are looking for an Experienced Hairstyling Salon Manager with 2 to 3 years in the industry. In this on-site position, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, hiring and training staff, and implementing salon procedures. Your focus will be on customer service and operational excellence.

• Lead and control daily salon activities

• Assess daily operations for effectiveness

• Organize staffing and allocate resources

Requirements:

• Must have college or CEGEP education

• 2 to 3 years of salon management experience

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
