Job Summary We are a growing medical aesthetics clinic seeking a skilled and dedicated Laser Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high‑quality laser treatments to clients while ensuring a secure and comfortable environment. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining sanitation standards. The Laser Technician will also assist in retail sales of products related to laser treatments.
Duties Perform a range of advanced skin and laser treatments, including:
IPL (Lumecca or similar)
Microneedling and RF Microneedling (Morpheus8 or similar)
Skin booster injections using Introfill
Pico laser treatments
Hydra Facial
Laser hair removal
Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and sanitized before and after each use.
Provide in‑depth skin consultations, assess client needs, and create personalized treatment plans.
Educate clients on post‑care instructions and skincare product recommendations.
Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress.
Assist in retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products to clients based on their individual needs.
Uphold the highest sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in laser treatments and skincare.
Experience 3+ years of hands‑on experience in medical aesthetics.
Experience in providing consultations and guiding clients through treatment plans.
Familiarity with sanitation practices and retail sales is highly desirable.
Certified in operating multiple medical aesthetic devices.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive attitude towards learning new techniques and improving service delivery.
