In this role, you will provide a variety of skincare treatments and services, including facials, waxing, and body treatments, tailored to meet the individual needs of our clients. You will also advise clients on skincare routines and products, ensuring they achieve optimal results. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of skincare techniques and products, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

• In-depth knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and techniques

• Analyse clients’ skincare needs and develop customised treatment plans
• Provide clients with skincare product recommendations and home care advice
• Perform massage, nail, and eyebrow services as needed
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including treatment rooms and equipment
• Check if materials and products are sufficient and ensure everything is ready to welcome clients
• Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare techniques and trends
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction
• Follow all health and safety regulations and protocols
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the best possible client experience
