Formula Fig is seeking a knowledgeable Skin Educator to join our team. In this position, you will thrive in a supportive environment while providing exceptional skincare consultations and treatment plans. Education on product offerings and driving sales will enhance guest satisfaction, ensuring they feel confident in their skin.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide skin consultations and personalized treatment plans
• Perform high-tech facial treatments per Fig protocols
• Drive product and membership sales through education
• Maintain guest safety and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with teams to enhance guest experiences
Requirements:
• Aesthetics certificate required
• Passion for skin health and guest interaction
• Experience in skin treatments and recommendations
• Availability for weekends, especially Sundays
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
