Key Responsibilities:

• Perform brow mapping, tinting, waxing, and shaping services

• Demonstrate and sell Benefit products to clients

• Enhance the client experience through engaging service

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

• Support team activities and collaborate effectively

Requirements:

• Retail or customer service experience preferred

• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift 25 lbs

• Certification in esthetics or waxing is an asset

• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
