As a Face Trainer—our term for esthetician—your primary role involves leading skincare sessions with high-performance skoah products. You'll be part of a dynamic team in an open-concept studio, responsible for customizing treatments and engaging with kustomers. This position combines your facial skills with a passion for skincare education and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct expert skincare workouts using skoah solutions

• Collaborate with fellow Face Trainers for a seamless experience

• Manage your kustomer interactions from check-in to checkout

• Perform facials at your personal station

• Share skincare insights during consultations and treatments

Requirements:

• Solid facial treatment experience and product knowledge

• Sales-oriented with strong communication skills

• Outgoing and energetic in a social environment

• Capable of working independently and efficiently

• Eager to learn and open to team feedback
