• Average Pay:
  From $60,000 per year (not including tips and bonuses)

• Licensed/certified hairstylist with 7+ years of salon experience (cutting, coloring, and styling)
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and managing a team; a strong plus if you've directly managed salon staff before
• People-oriented, with a genuine passion for developing others and building a strong team culture
• A sales-driven mindset and passion to grow in the industry
• Excellent client communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage a full appointment book alongside team leadership responsibilities
• Passion for continuous learning and growth, with ambitions to grow toward salon ownership
• English language fluency
