Duties & Responsibilities:
This role is primarily a practicing Physiotherapy role. In this role you will be expected to:
Advocate for patient education and preventative treatment in line with The Cove’s mission and purpose.Uphold the standards of practice set by the College of Physical Therapists of BC; study patient history, assess the patient and design individualized treatment plans to aid in their recovery.Build and maintain a client base with assistance of business marketing initiatives.Ensure professional practice knowledge is continually updated to deliver the most evidence-based practice.Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.Registration and good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of BC (CPTBC)A commitment to professional development.Experience in sports physiotherapy/musculoskeletal practice is highly desirable.Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire clientsPrior (or current) sports coaching/training knowledge is an assetWork Schedule and Benefits:
