High-volume support with dedicated technicians for weekly packs, allowing you to focus on other aspects of clinical work and operations. - Direct Hire:
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity from day one.
- Support oversight and actively participate in the daily data entry process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor and support pharmacy assistants, providing guidance on typing and workflow management.
- Supervise the general pharmacy workflow to maintain high standards of patient safety and service.
- Support management of front-end operations and step to the counter to handle patient interactions when required.
- Perform clinical services including routine vaccinations and standard pharmacy consultations.
- Ensure the seamless integration of back-of-pharmacy/production area oversight with front-end patient care.
- Maintain a dependable presence to support the pharmacy's growth and operational consistency.
- Must-Have: Valid Pharmacist License in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.
- Must-Have: Strong operational mindset with a deep understanding of pharmacy workflow.
- Must-Have: Proven ability to supervise and manage support staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Must-Have: Comfort and proficiency with participating in data entry (Kroll including billing and adjudication) and administrative oversight.
- Must-Have: Excellent communication skills for managing both internal teams and patient interactions.
- Nice-to-Have: Experience working in highly organized, deadline-oriented environments such as Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy setting.
- Nice-to-Have: Previous experience in high-volume retail pharmacy environments.
