We’re looking for a
Territory Account Manager in the medical device industry.
Our client is a rapidly growing healthcare organization dedicated to improving patient outcomes through innovative care solutions. They are known for their strong community presence, exceptional patient experience, and commitment to
professional development. The new Territory Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing an existingthriving book of business across
Vancouver’s Lower Mainland while identifying new opportunities for referral growth.
Territory Account Manager responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals across the Lower MainlandEducate clinics, physicians, and medical staff on the company’s services and patient care programsConduct in-person visits, presentations, and meetings to support referral activityMaintain and grow an established territory with a strong existing customer baseIdentify new business opportunities within the regionCollaborate with internal marketing and sales teams to support community outreach initiativesTrack activities, manage territory plans, and meet referral and growth targetsThe successful candidate has:1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or territory managementPost- secondary education in business, healthcare, or a related field (asset but not required)A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicleStrong relationship building skills and comfort with in-person outreachExcellent organization, communication, and follow throughA passion for helping patients access meaningful care solutionsCompensation and benefits:The discussed salary is $47,000 with 1st year OTE of $90,000-$100,000 as a conservative estimate.Additional monthly bonus program with multiple earning tiersComprehensive benefits package$750 per month vehicle allowanceOngoing training, development, and career growth opportunitiesCANDIDATES MUST BE LEGALLY AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN CANADA.
