Vancouver Coastal Health is hiring a Diagnostic Neurophysiology Technologist 1 for the EEG team in Vancouver. This position involves key technical performance in various diagnostic neurophysiology tests, crucial for accurate clinical diagnosis.

In this supportive role, you will utilize your Electrophysiology diploma and diagnostic skills on a team dedicated to patient-centered care. With a fundamental focus on EEGs and evoked potentials, you will play an essential part in patient assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute diagnostic tests like EEG and EP

• Record and analyze neurophysiology data

• Produce technical reports for medical interpretation

• Work with a multidisciplinary care team

• Engage effectively with patients and families

Requirements:

• Graduate with a Diploma in Electrophysiology

• One year of directly related experience preferred

• Certification from C.B.R.E.T. is essential

• Familiarity with neurophysiology practices

• Strong computer skills for documentation
