Join Kardium as a Customer Success-focused Senior Product Manager, enhancing the utilization of the Globe PF System. Drive strategic initiatives to boost customer engagement and product adoption.
In this pivotal role within the Product Management team, you'll leverage your extensive electrophysiology expertise to identify customer needs and translate them into actionable product strategies. Collaborating with R&D and cross-functional teams, you will transform high-level product concepts into detailed requirements while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and prioritize initiatives for increased customer utilization
• Collaborate with R&D to optimize product workflows
• Transform product vision into user and business needs
• Guide teams on clinical electro-anatomic mapping
• Communicate product strategies to stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering
• Over 7 years of experience in electrophysiology
• 5+ years EP lab experience with advanced knowledge
• Proven leadership in product strategy execution
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
