As a key member of the healthcare team, you will assess nutritional needs, collaborate during patient care discussions, and provide personalized dietary guidance for individuals dealing with HIV/AIDS and other diseases. Your involvement will not only enhance client health but also contribute to ongoing research and educational initiatives in nutrition.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and document patient nutritional requirements
• Collaborate on interdisciplinary care plans
• Provide counselling on diet modifications to patients
• Participate in quality assurance and educational sessions
• Contribute to clinical research activities
Requirements:
• Degree in Food and Nutrition and Dietetic internship
• Full registration as a Dietitian in British Columbia
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Experience with community nutrition resources
