Health Care Aide

Support clients in the Vancouver area as a Part-Time Health Care Aide. This role includes assisting with daily living activities and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment.

We are looking for part-time Health Care Aides to deliver home support services in the Vancouver region. Your responsibilities will include meal preparation, light housekeeping, and effectively documenting client care plans. Strong communication and relationship-building skills will be essential in fostering client independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow care plans while documenting client progress

• Assist clients with daily living and routine tasks

• Foster strong client relationships promoting independence

• Communicate vital health changes to your team

• Identify and implement safety measures for clients

Requirements:

• Certification from BC Care Aide Registry

• Previous experience in healthcare required

• Current First Aid/CPR certifications necessary

• Must hold a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle

• Physically able to lift 55 pounds and manage demanding tasks
