As a Quality Improvement Specialist, you will be integral in managing patient complaints and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. This role requires your analytical skills and clinical expertise to drive quality improvement projects and monitor data trends. You will also be educating staff and patients to cultivate a transparent and responsible safety culture within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage patient complaint processes and resolutions
• Triage concerns and coordinate with clinical teams
• Conduct root cause analyses and safety reviews
• Implement targeted interventions for clinical quality
• Prepare monthly reports highlighting safety trends
Requirements:
• Licensed RN or PA in multiple states preferred
• 5 years of clinical experience required
• Minimum 2 years in clinical quality or safety roles
• Strong commitment to patient advocacy and safety culture
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
