As a Quality Improvement Specialist, you will be integral in managing patient complaints and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient complaint processes and resolutions

• Triage concerns and coordinate with clinical teams

• Prepare monthly reports highlighting safety trends

Requirements:

• Licensed RN or PA in multiple states preferred

• 5 years of clinical experience required

• Minimum 2 years in clinical quality or safety roles

• Strong commitment to patient advocacy and safety culture

• Excellent communication and analytical skills
