As a Clinical Support Worker, you'll report to the Site Manager and work collaboratively with residents to provide necessary assistance, education, and skill training. Your impact will help individuals gain greater stability and autonomy in a sober second-stage residential environment. You'll also perform assessments, create service plans, and help residents meet their basic needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in resident intake and support assessments
• Identify challenges and develop tailored service plans
• Assist with medications, finances, and crisis interventions
• Maintain necessary paperwork and evaluative data
• Provide guidance to volunteers and practicum students
Requirements:
• Related diploma or Grade 12 education with two years’ experience
• Current OFA1 First Aid Certificate is essential
• Knowledge of community resources for addiction and mental health
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Minimum two years of sobriety required
Support residents in achieving independence and healthier living through your expertise in clinical support.
