In the role of Patient Care Coordinator, you will directly support the Managing Director and multiple physicians in patient management. This full-time position involves overseeing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, and ensuring seamless healthcare delivery. Your empathetic approach will help elevate the overall patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care and assistance to all patients

• Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointments and procedures

• Coordinate and manage a diverse range of patient appointments

• Respond to emails, faxes, and phone messages promptly

• Assist in billing, insurance claims, and patient record maintenance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a fast-paced medical setting

• Solid computer skills and familiarity with medical software

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• High School Diploma minimum;
Medical Office Assistant program preferred
