Position: Employed Respiratory Therapy Student
Join Providence Health Care as an Employed Student Respiratory Therapist and play a critical role in patient respiratory care. You will work alongside experienced professionals to support patient health.

This position offers a unique opportunity for students who have completed their Level 1 clinical placement. You'll be involved in direct care delivery, patient evaluations, and teamwork in creating care plans. Uphold principles of cultural safety and CSRT standards while enhancing your clinical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and document findings

• Help develop and refine patient care plans collaboratively

• Provide supervised respiratory therapy and interventions

• Evaluate and adjust care based on patient feedback

• Participate in health and safety compliance activities

Requirements:

• Completed Level 1 clinical placement

• Enrollment in an accredited Respiratory Therapy program

• Basic Life Support certification

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to think critically and solve problems
