• Welcome and assist patients upon arrival

• Guide frame selection tailored to individual needs

• Interpret optical prescriptions efficiently

• Perform facial measurements for eyewear fitting

• Manage billing for patients and third parties

Requirements:

• Experience in optical or retail preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Proficient with technology, including MS Office

• Proven ability to multi-task in a lively setting
