Reporting directly to the COO, you will spearhead quality improvement efforts agency-wide ’ll leverage your expertise in healthcare, public health, and change management to lead transformative initiatives. This role emphasizes continuous quality improvement and Lean methodologies, fostering a culture of excellence and resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee organization-wide operational transformations
• Implement Lean-based practices for quality improvement
• Collaborate across teams to enhance client experiences
• Ensure sustainability and effectiveness in health services
• Lead training initiatives in change management and excellence
Requirements:
• Master’s degree or equivalent education/experience
• Minimum 10 years progressive leadership in healthcare
• Certification in quality improvement and project management
• Proven track record of leading change initiatives
• Commitment to First Nations, Inuit, or Métis representation
