Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a dedicated Clinician to work within a multi/interdisciplinary team supporting adults with concurrent disorders. You will provide independent screenings, individual and group therapy, and collaborate effectively with other professionals. This role emphasizes a client-centered care model, aligning with the organization's commitment to Indigenous Cultural Safety and equity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough mental health and substance use assessments
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions
• Build therapeutic relationships with clients
• Collaborate with colleagues and community resources
• Participate in case conferences and team meetings
Requirements:
• Master's degree in a Behavioral Health Discipline
• Three years of relevant experience in the field
• Valid BC Driver’s License
• Knowledge of psychotherapeutic techniques and disorders
• Strong communication and assessment skills
