Dialogue is seeking a Mental Health Care Coordinator to join our team and support patients in Mental Health+ and Employee Assistance programs. You will work closely with the Manager, Member Services to ensure a supportive, unforgettable experience for patients.
You will greet patients, check in on cases, assist clinicians, analyze complex situations, and prioritize patient safety while delivering compassionate service. Evening and weekend shifts are required with a minimum of 21 hours.
