Physiotherapist with Specialization in Advanced Care

Transform lives as a Physiotherapist specializing in advanced care with Vancouver Coastal Health in Vancouver. This role focuses on delivering exceptional physiotherapy services for spinal cord injury clients.

As part of the Spine Rehabilitation team, you’ll leverage your clinical expertise to evaluate and implement advanced physiotherapy techniques. Your work will encompass independent patient care as well as collaboration with a skilled interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal health outcomes. This position also requires a commitment to cultural safety and inclusive practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out comprehensive assessments based on evidence

• Implement interventions for complex spinal cord injury cases

• Oversee mobility and seating prescription processes

• Maintain accurate patient records and progress evaluations

• Engage in interdisciplinary quality management initiatives

Requirements:

• Current registration with CHCPBC

• Minimum 2 years rehabilitation experience

• Experience in customized seating and positioning

• Understanding of client-centered care models

• Eligible for PABC membership
