In this crucial role, your responsibilities include welcoming patients, managing appointments, and performing pre-testing, all aimed at enhancing patient care. You'll handle check-ins and check-outs, oversee billing, and assist with eyewear pick-ups while ensuring an outstanding patient experience through effective communication and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and check-in patients upon arrival

• Execute pre-testing to contribute to eye care

• Schedule appointments and manage payment processing

• Assist with eyewear pick-ups and repairs

• Support other clinic operations as necessary

Requirements:

• Cantonese & Mandarin proficiency preferred

• Previous experience in retail is a plus

• Strong skills in technology, including MS Office

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Must be adaptable and proactive in a team setting
