Senior Radiological Technologist - CT Procedures

In this essential role, you are responsible for performing specialized CT examinations while supervising staff. Reporting to the Supervisor, you will maintain high standards of practice, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. This position may require evening or night shifts and involves active participation in quality assurance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct CT and radiographic examinations according to protocols

• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures

• Oversee departmental staff, managing schedules and performance

• Record patient data and maintain thorough documentation

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Certification from CAMRT and completion of an advanced CT program

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a clinical setting

• CPR certification and pertinent intravenous therapy course

• Knowledge of current imaging practices and standards

• Strong computer skills in radiology information systems
