Cencora Reimbursement Specialist Position

Cencora is seeking an accomplished Reimbursement Specialist dedicated to maximizing patient access to prescription drug coverage. This full-time role involves coordination with healthcare providers and insurers to facilitate reimbursement.

As a Reimbursement Specialist with Cencora, you will support Innomar Strategies in enhancing patient and provider experiences. Applicants should have at least 2 years of customer service experience and a strong proficiency in Microsoft applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of prescription drug coverage applications

• Collaborate with insurance companies and healthcare professionals

• Submit documentation to public and federal funding programs

• Implement Financial Means Tests to optimize coverage

• Report adverse events to relevant departments

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field

• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Bilingualism in French/English is an asset
